• To expedited movement, shipment may be diverted to motor or other carrier as per tariff rule unless shipper gives other instruction heroin.

Accuracy Transport, Inc will not be liable for loss or damage caused furs, jewelry, negotiable securities or other high value items etc., unless the item or items are declared at the time of placing the call, in order to afford Accuracy Transport, Inc an opportunity to adequately protect the shipment. All complaints regarding loss or damage of any kind must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery of shipment to Accuracy Transport, Inc. It is mutually agreed that the goods herein described are accepted in apparent good order except as noted for transportation as specified herein. Subject to governing classifications and tariffs in effect as the date hereof which are filed in accordance with law said classifications and tariffs. Copies of which are available for inspections by the patties hereto are hereby incorporated into and made part of contract.
